Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders received before 15:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received before 10:30 Saturday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after these times will be shipped the next working day (this is Monday for orders received after 10:30 on Saturdays).

All of your items will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 depending on the level of service you choose at the checkout. You will receive a tracking number for your order and will be able to see where your package is as it makes it’s way from us to you.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit please contact us at support@mythiccards.co.uk and we will begin an investigation alongside Royal Mail and potentially refunding or replace your lost item/s.

If you wish to make a return you must send the item/s back in the same condition they arrived to you in. Sealed goods must remain sealed or they will be refused. All shipping costs for returns must be paid for by you and not Mythic Cards. We suggest you return items via a tracked service to guarantee they are delivered safely.

We do not accept responsibility for the returned item being lost or damaged in transit and will not refund or replace any item that is lost or returned to us damaged.
